We felt they were crowded, had a lack of parking and small gardens. So, when this property came on the market, we had to view it immediately. It certainly had kerb appeal and being set back from the road gave us the privacy and parking we were looking for.

My husband has a van for work which he can park comfortably on the drive, and there is still plenty of room for the kids cars and our own vehicles. He also works out of the area, so being just a short drive to the A249 was ideal for access to the motorways.
