Reservation Procedure - Any property remaining unsold may be reserved by payment of a non refundable reservation fee of £1000.00 payable at the Agent's Denbigh Office, 21 High St. Denbigh, and cheques should be made payable to Messrs Best Construction Limited. This will reserve a plot for a period of eight weeks from the date of issue of the contract documentation and will be credited on completion of the purchase price.
After the eight week period has lapsed if contracts have not exchanged then the builder reserves the right to cancel the reservation and re-offer the property for sale without refund.
Reservations will only be accepted from prospective purchasers who are apparently in a position to proceed i.e. Who are not sale dependant or where a completed chain exists.

Directions - From Denbigh office proceed along the High Street to the Lenton Pool roundabout and take the second exit for Henllan.
