On leaving the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed towards Paignton on the A385. After approximately 4.5 miles turn right at the traffic lights sign posted for Brixham. Follow this road until until you reach the Paignton Toll House turn right onto the A 3022 sign posted to Brixham. At the Brixham Toll House turn right. Proceed to the mini roundabout, turn left sign posted for Breakwater and proceed all the way along New Road (A3022) to the traffic lights at the bottom. Pass over the traffic lights pass straight over and proceed up the hill passing the rugby club and follow the road into Ranscombe Road. Follow this all the way to the bottom where there is a mini roundabout. Turn right sign posted for Shoalstone Beach. Proceed along and the white front door of No.37 will be found on the right hand side. There is occasional parking on the left hand side but the property has its own dedicated parking in the road behind. To locate the parking proceed back to the mini roundabout and turn left followed by the next left into Heath Road. Proceed along until a colour coded double width car parking space will be found. White is for apartment 1 and the cream is for apartment 2.
