Directions

From Stags Dartmouth office start towards the B3205/The Quay, follow the one way system left onto Mayors Avenue and after passing Marks & Spencers (on your left), stay left and continue onto the A379/College Way. Bear right and proceed around Coronation Park, following the signs for the Higher Ferry. After Crossing the River Dart (via the Higher Ferry) remain on the A379/Bridge Road heading towards Hillhead and Brixham. upon reaching Hillhead, turn right at the mini roundabout (signposted Brixham) and continue along Kingswear Road (which will change to Milton Street) entering Brixham. Turn Left onto Summer Lane, then right onto Mathill Road, carry straight on at the next crossroads signposted Greenover Road. At the end of the road take a left into Cudhill Road and then immediately right onto Langley Avenue . Turn left into Parkham Lane and follow the road around as it bends to the right, you will find the property towards the end of the lane on the right hand side clearly denoted by our For Sale board.
