We moved here 6 years ago now and we can remember exactly what it was we fell in love with - it was the space and size of the rooms. We had viewed a lot of other flats and none came close to what this one offered us. It also had the garden which was ideal as we wanted outside space and now that we have children, it has been lovely to have somewhere for them to play. The location is incredibly handy as we can get to both Wallington, Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches station easily - making it ideal for getting into central London. It was also re-assuring for us to know that the flat had a share of the freehold as it means that not only do we not waste money on maintenance and ground rent but we also have the added control you so rarely get with a leasehold property.
