There are primary schools at South Brent and Diptford (Church of England). King Edward VI Community College and Ivybridge Community College are each around fifteen minutes drive.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors and has had very light use by the current owner (no pets, children etc) who has a "shoes off at the front door" policy. The rear garden has a sheltered south-west aspect and is perfect for sun worshippers and outdoor entertaining. It is also securely enclosed by hedging and fencing making it a safe environment for children and pets.
