Description

The Coach House has benefitted from a sympathetic and comprehensive programme of repair and restoration using traditional and natural materials. The house has much character, with exposed timbers, open fireplaces and a mixture of oak and
stone flooring.

Outside, there is a pleasant approach along a private driveway which leads to the adjacent Standon Lordship. The road runs alongside the river and leads to a walled courtyard behind the house, which provides ample parking and a double garage and workshop with a kitchen, shower room, bedroom and recreation room.

The gardens are a particular feature and include delightful linked raised ponds, an extensive stone terrace and traditional herbaceous borders. Lawns run down to a small section of the River Rib. Ownership includes approximately 60ft of the river itself, together with fishing rights.
