She explained the pros and cons of each of the energy saving options available and what effect they would have on the house design and construction. I later decided on some solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system because these were better incorporated at an early stage.

When enquiring about the quality of finish I was re-assured to be granted generous allowances to spend on things like the kitchen appliances, staircase, fitted furniture, tiling and floor coverings.

I feel confident that the developer's approach will result in the best possible home for me and my family and look forward to this exciting journey which I may never experience again!
