Location - The property is best found if travelling from the Clitheroe/Whalley direction by leaving the A59 and taking the A671 towards Burnley. Continue along this parkland road bearing left at the first fork, left again at the next fork and the property now faces you. If travelling from Burnley take the A671 to Whalley passing through Read and Simonstone and on exiting the village take the first turning on the right hand side by Read Hall Lodge and follow the directions above.
