Since moving in we have replaced the kitchen with a bespoke open plan kitchen, incorporating the dining area and play area - which has been great to keep an eye on the children and entertaining guests. We also installed a downstairs toilet, redecorated and replaced the central heating with a new combination boiler. We have redesigned the rear garden and laid new patio to fully take advantage of the South facing aspect - perfect for the tropical climate we are accustomed to in Essex!!! We love this home and would be happy to stay but have decided to move to be nearer family.
