Situated in Goring Heath in The Chilterns, the property is 1.5 miles to the south of the village of Woodcote in south Oxfordshire. It lies centrally within an area dominated by mature woodland consisting almost entirely of native hardwoods.
It is approximately 8 miles from Junction 12 of the M4 and 17 miles from Junction 6 of the M40.
