Only the residents and visitors will come into the Close and for that parking in the street is normally very easy.

The maisonette has large rooms which will give you the space for all your worldly goods whilst still giving a cosy feel. One thing I really like is the large hallway as with a lot of maisonettes you can almost step from one room to the other but in this case its just not so.

With the kitchen and lounge on one side of the apartment, day and night activities are divided superbly.

The kitchen whilst being functional has a real good space to it and I can see why the vendors spend so much time here.

The terrace off the kitchen provides some outside space to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning. The private garden is a real bonus and will provide an little bit of peace and tranquillity from the daily grind.

When I bought this property it was due to the fact that I could get to the station. I really like the Close and have got to know my neighbours well over the years.

I like being on the first floor as it gives me a better view especially to the rear of the property

In the summer I have spent many evenings on the balcony with a couple of friends. I have kept the property in good order over the years, more recently I have changed some carpets. The only reason I am moving is my work has taken me further afield.
