When we were looking for properties we wanted somewhere that was close to the sea but also had plenty of space for us to enjoy because although we were downsizing, we didn't want to feel cooped in. When we saw this property we could not believe how big it was. Not many apartments have three bedrooms, all of which are a really good size, so when our family comes to stay there is more than enough space for them.The apartment is in fantastic condition and we have really looked after it over the years, so whoever does buy here can just move straight in without worrying about having to do home improvements.
