Located in the Ithon Valley on the outskirts of the village of Llandewi, the land is in an area that has a reputation for producing top quality cattle and sheep. However it should also be noted how infrequently it is that blocks of agricultural land come up for sale in this area.

LOCATION 
The land is located to the north of the village of Llandewi. The land is accessed off the A483 then via a right of way , being at map reference 710110.

DIRECTIONS 
From Llandrindod Wells take the A483 towards Newtown. After passing Llandewi take the first turn left over a bridge and follow the roadway to the land. If travelling from Newtown on the A483 after passing Llanbister take the turning right for Cwm-Clyd land.
