The Property

Situation

The Gardens and Grounds

Partly walled and sheltered behind the garage lies the heated swimming pool set in a paved surround and approximately 5’ in depth. There is a small greenhouse, garden shed and chicken run with hen house. The lawns continue around to the west into a former paddock which is now mown grass and a five bar gate leads into the two paddocks which are divided by a public footpath giving access to Bedales School and back down to Tilmore Road.
