DIRECTIONS From Plymouth on the A38 take the exit signposted for Ivybridge. At the roundabout stay in the right hand lane and take the third exit into Western Road. At the next three roundabouts take the 2nd exit on each bringing you onto Exeter Road. Proceed along this road until you reach Bittaford Village. Upon leaving the village take the right turn into Ugborough Road. Follow this road for approximately a mile and a half signposted to Ugborough. Proceed along this lane until you reach the village square and the property is the last house on the left on the square. From Exeter take the exit from the A38 at Wrangaton and follow the A3121 to Modbury. Stay on the A3121 for approx. 3 Km and take the turning right to Ugborough. On entering the village square the property will be on your right.
