The location was very important and it is a great size family home with generous gardens and also parking; but I also had the benefit of being so close to town.This home really will suit a family or even a young couple looking to start their own family.In the summer days the back garden is a wonderful sun trap and the patio area was a great place to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day with the added bonus of not being overlooked or, for a change of scenery the equally secluded front garden was a lovely place to sit and relax.
