I needed a home with a garage for my motorbike and really wanted to be close to town. The outlook here is lovely and I have enjoyed many walks via the woodland to Barming and Teston or in the other direction along the river towards the town.

I’ve maintained the property well during my occupation and replaced the boiler in February 2008. I’m also selling the flat with the freehold for this and the upstairs property.

The one thing I will miss about this quiet road is the friendly neighbourhood and the variety of birds and wildlife.
