Vendors' comments: We have enjoyed living in our home in Woodmansterne for the last 24 years. Our children have grown up in this friendly village community, attended the local schools, joined local teams, made lifelong friends and chosen to make their own homes in this area. We have particularly enjoyed being able to walk through Banstead Woods, situated just 5 minutes walk away, and to walk across the open Green Belt land behind the house to local hostelries. We have valued the early evenings after work, sitting in the garden to enjoy the sound of the wildlife, as we played host to creatures such as rabbits and deer and the winter evenings in front of a roaring log fire. So it is with regret that retirement means we will leave our lovely home to downsize.
