Informal discussions with the Planning Department have confirmed their preference for either conversion of the three properties into residential type use or office use. There is also potential for new build development on the site and the demolition of the existing the Janitor's House and Swimming Baths. These options would be subject to full planning and listed building consent.


Accommodation

There are a further three ancillary buildings; the former Balshagray Swimming baths and a Janitor's house to the west of the area and the "hub" building on the east of the campus. All these are C-listed, similar in architectural style to the main building, and are two storeys set beneath pitched slate roofs with associated tarmacadam surfaced car parking. These buildings formerly accommodated Anniesland College.
