Listen to the crackle of the wood burning stove, and feel the heat radiating out across the ground floor, put your feet up and warm your toes, maybe having been out for a walk around the local countryside, or maybe you have just popped into the village for some essentials. The living room is beautifully snug, warm and cosy and a great signature to the house. No one gets the tap end in the bathroom, a twin ended bath means you can lie back with a glass of wine and stare at the stars through the skylight set in the vaulted ceiling. The dining room is a fabulous size at some fifteen feet in length, great for family gatherings or just afternoon tea and cakes with friends, the lovely feature fireplace completes the room.So if you have friends and family coming over for dinner, then you will need a kitchen that is going to give you plenty of space and this kitchen will not let you down, refitted it is bright, spacious and very functional, cook up a storm, you will probably have to kick the guests back out as they wander in for a taste of whatever smells so good.If a sunny garden is what you are looking for then the gardens here certainly fit the bill, they are big enough to keep the kids entertained while you lay back and keep the tan topped up.

What the Owner says:
My husband was already at the home when I got to the viewing with a pint of milk in my hand, and as soon as I walked in the door I knew it was the house for us, I had always liked the road and I could immediately see the potential for us, I loved the fact that it was in the middle of the road and it was an end of terrace home, which was just fantastic. We love our home and we are moving locally in the village as we really love the area and all the facilities. To this day I still couldn't tell you why I had a pint of milk in my hand at the viewing, but I do remember falling in love with the house.
