I bought this house as I saw it as a great investment. I had been looking at flats but when the opportunity to buy a house came up, I jumped at it.

It's tucked away from the High Street which is great as it's got all the benefits of being off the beaten track with all the advantages of the town on the doorstep. That's probably the main reason it's always been a popular choice for tenants and I have never had difficulty in renting the house out.
