OUR COMMENTS Located in a prime position in the heart of the historic town of Arundel, close to Cathedral and Castle is a 2 bed apartment that is reputed to be as much as 300 years old. Unsurprisingly, the property is in a conservation area, and pleasingly the large lounge has views to the South East across Arundel's roof tops and onto to the flood plains beyond.

Both bedrooms are doubles, one of which is accessed via a half landing with a few steps, and some rooms also benefit from high ceilings, which adds to the spacious feel.

The bathroom and kitchens are perfectly acceptable presented exactly as they are, however, in our view they would benefit from some updating and other minor work such as a replacement bay window to the lounge. We therefore think that this property is perfectly suited to a 'DIY'er' looking to make their mark.

Arundel's shops, and restaurants (including our favourite Chinese eatery, the China Palace) is just a short stroll away, and the main line railway is less than 1 mile distant. Good road links via both the A27 and A284 are useful for road users.
 

OWNER'S COMMENTS This was my first home and much loved, particularly the view of the cathedral lit up at night. I will miss coming down the stairs from the quietness of the apartment and finding myself in the centre of this exciting town of Arundel. The new owner will love the light and airy feel of the place but now it is time for me to find a place with a garden.
