At the time this was the newest block available and remains so to this day. Compared to others that we saw it was the most spacious.

It has a communal lounge allowing friendships to be formed if wanted to, yet also gives the privacy of our own flat behind our own front door. It is a development where you can do as little or as much as you wish with no pressure either way.

Being so close to Emsworth has been a great bonus as everything is close to hand and there are excellent rail and bus links too
