DIRECTIONS 
From Crossgates take the main A483 road to Newtown. Pass by the turn for Llanbister and after 1 mile take a left turn off the main road, sign posted Bwlch-y-Sarnau. After 3 miles, after passing Porth Farm take a left turn passing through Tyn-y-berth Farm. After 400 yards the access and right of way can be found to the land which will be sign posted.
