I looked long and hard with my friend to find just the right apartment, it needed to be bright and spacious with a pleasant airy feel, it also needed to be ground floor and this was the only apartment we could find that ticked all the boxes. In the last two years we have invested a considerable amount of money into the home including, double glazing, new carpets, new bathroom, the remote control fireplace, prior to this the kitchen had just been refitted with an integrated fridge/freezer and built in oven and hob.Our friend was extremely happy living here and I am sure the new owners will appreciate all the hard work and time spent on the home making it a little bit special.
