Shielded from the road behind clipped hedges lies this wonderful home. Set in the favoured lower half of Wilmington Way because of its proximity to local shops and quick access out to A27, Preston Park and the A23/London is a great 3 bed semi detached home. With its generous back garden and front lawn, there’s space not only for friends and family to enjoy but also scope to add parking in addition to the garage ( Subject to any necessary consents being obtainable).Central heating, tick. Double glazing, tick. Views of the garden from the dining room, tick. The layout is incredibly social as you can chat with someone who’s in the kitchen preparing a meal while in the dining area while others are in the lounge discussing the next summer barbecue. You’ll be impressed by the spacious layout downstairs not to mention the kids enjoying circuits when playing hide and seek. The large lounge with the lovely fireplace helps make it feel really homely. The bedrooms are all big enough to fit double beds and you have huge scope to extend here, perhaps to make a master suite in the loft as many others have done in the road, subject to planning permission. You’ll certainly appreciate the property is well decorated and hugely flexible as well.Don't hesitate to your appointment as it is sure to be in demand.
What the Owner says:
The sun always seems to be shining in the garden here and I used to love sitting out in the dining room in the spring when family would come over and enjoy a nice day out here. I would look out to the garden and watch the grandchildren play. It’s nice and warm inside but they like to go outside and have a kick around. Certainly the new owner will love the nice and flat location, and I will miss the lovely neighbours.I’m sure any new owner would enjoy bringing up a family here and it always seems really quiet, you don’t seem to get the road noise over here which I’ve really liked.
