Mardir is an imposing Grade II Listed 5 bedroomed period residence built in the year 1926 in a superb location by the renowned and highly regarded architect Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, (he was responsible for the Italianesque village of Portmeirion) to be the home and place of work for the then local doctor. New double glazed windows and doors were fitted where required and suitable wiring is in place throughout the main house should you require a video/security system to be fitted.
