The house is perfect for an investment and has worked out very well for me but now is the time to release the equity and use it for other projects I have.

I like the area as it is so close to town. I know tenants would like it here as well as they could get their shopping and walk back home. Before buying the property I spoke to a number of letting agents and they all advised me that Clarendon is always a good area for rental and re-sales.
