This truly stunning home is set in the rural village of Arreton and with un-interrupted country views beyond. Backing straight onto open fields provides the perfect setting for exercising the dog and endless scenic walks – fill those lungs with plenty of fresh air!

This wonderful family home is presented beautifully throughout with spacious rooms for everyone to enjoy. Decorated neutrally from top to bottom you can literally pull up the van, move straight in and start enjoying your new village life. The gas central heating and double glazing will keep you nice and warm, and the winter elements at bay.

The large rear garden is perfect for the kids to play safely, or perhaps you have always dreamed of the ‘good life’ and growing your own fruit and vegetables?! There is plenty of room here for a very good size vegetable patch and even a greenhouse or two. Off road parking and your own garage also comes with this lovely house and accessed at the bottom of the garden.

When you need to do that big weekly shop, Newport town centre is only a ten minute drive away, with various supermarkets and High Street shops available in abundance. During those summer months the seaside towns of Sandown and Shanklin are only a ten minute drive in the opposite direction for that all important day at the beach!

What the Owner says:

This lovely home has been in our family for over 43 years and it comes with so many happy memories. It really is such a wonderful location and the perfect family home. Our children were able to walk to the local primary school from here and during the hot warm summers, we loved exploring the countryside and cycle paths that surround our home. Recently, we have upgraded and modernised the house throughout as it did need an uplift, and now it is like a brand new home again with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The views from the rear and the front are breath taking and we are all thoroughly going to miss our home. However, it’s time to move on and let the home go and we wish the new owners many happy times ahead here.
