10 Graham Street is in a great location. It is 10 minutes walk from the city centre, has easy access to the motorway and in a friendly neighbourhood.

There are a variety of shops nearby and the street offers safe roadside parking.

Unfortunately we have outgrown this property. It is a cosy home that now needs somebody else to love it.
