OWNERS COMMENTS

When I walked in to the sitting room for the first time and looked out upon that fantastic view over the river to Dartmouth Castle, I could fully understand why this riverside home had been tightly held by the original family since it was built in 1907.I felt it was a privilege to be given the opportunity to own this property and grasped this wonderful opportunity with both hands .A decision my family and I have never regretted. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in this special Dartmouth home and have never tired of the waterside location.
