Alternatively
Taking the A4173 from Stroud and after two miles turn left at the junction with the A46, carrying up "Halfway Pitch" and for approximately 150 yards. Turn right at a crossroads carrying on down into the village. The road will rise after about half a mile.
Carry on round for a further 250 yards and the road will split. Stay on the left hand road and the Old Weavers will be found on your left hand side.
