Driving through the leafy Estate 40 years ago we were instantly aware of the tranquil atmosphere of the property, we were not disappointed and we successfully made an offer for the house that day.Being on a private estate and within walking distance of the sea-front we knew this was where we wanted to raise our family.Amongst all the great advantages of the house the lovely garden and its privacy we will miss the most. Obviously living here for so long it will be difficult to leave….but the children have grown up, and now it's time to hand it on to the next family. We only hope the new owners will be as happy as we have been.
