I purchased this property 6 years ago to become my place by the sea in retirement and I chose Fiveways as it has so much to offer with its fantastic parks and location to central Brighton.
I spent many dedicated hours with a builder getting it to the standard that it is today. However, my plans for retirement have changed slightly so my home by the sea will become another place - in Brighton of course! If you want to have it as a first home, it is so well placed and such an easy and comfortable flat to live in. Despite being lower ground floor it is light and airy. For the last 5 years it has been rented out so if you wish it as a buy to let it has rented as soon as it goes on the market. Whoever buys it I hope that you are very happy there.
