Resubmission of the application was approved on 18th May 2016 (application no. FUL/MAL/16/00262). The original planning application was for the "Demolition of existing dwelling and the erection of 2 no. 5 bedroom dwellings with double garages and access" which was refused. However, the planning application was revised to one dwelling with the requirement for the demolition of the existing dwelling remaining. The plans of this house (outlined in red on the plan) of approx 492 sq m (5,295 sq ft - gross internal), are similar to that of the other plot.
