framed and glazed entrance doorway, whilst a contrete
ramp has been created to provide disabled access to
the building via a side entrance to the rear extension
from the southern gable. Fire escape access/egress is
also provided to the side of the rear extension.
Internally, the property within the main building is
of traditional cellular layout with the ground floor
providing a patient waiting area, reception and two
consulting rooms with a staircase leading to the upper/
attic floor which interconnects the original building
with the rear extension. The original section provides
a central patient waiting area off which there are two
consulting rooms and two private offices. The rear
section provides a patient waiting area, off which there
are two consulting rooms and a toilet compartment.
To the rear of the ground floor the main building links
into the extended two storey rear extension which
thereafter provides two additional consulting rooms,
office, storage and kitchen accommodation, along
with male and female/disabled patient WC facilities.
