Newdigate is a popular village setting situated outside Dorking with a thriving community that will appeal to buyers both young and old who desire the quiet life of the countryside yet want access into town and its direct links into London city centre. This apartment forms part of the extension and refurbishment of the former village rectory, a gated development in a central village position, set back in its own grounds creating a superb back drop for an ideal home. Being recently built, the building now offers modern living for those buyers who demand a high standard of finish. The lounge area is a brilliant size with plenty of room to relax and unwind in style. On those colder evenings, light the open fire and get cosy in the warm glow! With room for a table and chairs, the layout is ideal for entertaining and with the stunning open plan kitchen area to the far end, you can chat to your guests as you rustle up something special for them to eat. Complete with integrated appliances and a stylish porcelain tiled floor, you really can just move in and use immediately. The bedroom proudly displays an array of storage with some high gloss fitted wardrobes and units as well as an integrated television! If you need a powerful blast to wake you up in the morning before you start your day you will be pleasantly surprised by the contemporary shower room with large walk in shower complete with modern fittings. Equally if you prefer a soak in the bath, this room could be changed to accommodate a bath again.

What the Owner says:

I moved here over 2 years ago as I completely fell in love with the location. Living here you can enjoy a stroll to the village shop, pub, church or doctor's surgery in no time and I have all the benefit of a life in the country and a "lock up and leave" no hassle apartment that comes with lots of space. I remember walking into the lounge area and immediately thinking that it was so much bigger than anything else I had viewed and to have dining space as well was just ideal. The icing on the cake was having my own private decked garden. I have felt very lucky to have somewhere to escape to at the end of the day to enjoy some fresh country air. Furthermore the other residents are all very friendly.
