Ford Valley is a very friendly road with a wide variety of ages of resident. I rarely walked along it without stopping for a chat with someone. The first thing that attracted me to the house when we bought it 12 years ago was the sense of light and space on the landing, despite it being in the centre of the house
The location of the house was great for us within easy walking distance of the town centre for popping to the shops of out for a meal, but not right in the middle of it all. I am very proud of our kitchen; we made it a lovely family space No.37 has served us well and we have loved living here. But it is time to move on and we know that the next owners will enjoy and cherish it as much as we have.
