This has been a great location for me in terms of the proximity to the house to Leybourne Lakes country park. It's fantastic to go there and watch the wildlife in the quieter spots. We have spotted everything from woodpeckers to nightingales and managed to take some really wonderful photographs.

As for the house itself, it was the size of the rooms that initially impressed me. I have redecorated, upgraded the bathroom and redesigned and created a relaxing pretty garden. It's a sunny spot and so things grow well.

I am only really leaving to be closer to the coast.
