Description - This area of woodland is relatively gently slopping with a commercial stand of mature Western Red Cedar and naturally regenerated broadleaved woodland with natural springs and small streams. Extending in all to 7.34 acres (2.97 ha). Boundaries marked by pink markings

Access - Access is via a right of way for all purposes from the council lane along the stone track, upon which there is space to park.

Directions - From the Hare and Hounds Inn on the A375 between Sidmouth and Honiton head east signed posted to Seaton and Beer. Take the 2nd left turning and after a short distance take the next left. As the road starts to go down the hill the access to the woodland will be found on the right, marked as a Public Bridleway.
