We have loved our time in "Coombe Quay", Ridge Hill. It has been a wonderful lock up and leave holiday home for us for our time in Dartmouth. It's just been great to dip in or out of Dartmouth.
The kitchen is one of our favourite rooms, the wooden panelling gives it so much character - we've had some great parties over the years and not surprisingly everyone seems to gravitate to the kitchen.
The first floor bedroom is so bright and airy and it's great to lie in bed in the morning and watch the comings and goings of the Higher Ferry and the sailing activity on the river.
We love the quirky nature of the house. It puts us in the holiday mood immediately we walk through the door, we are sure the next owners will cherish it and enjoy it as much as we have.
