We have owned our home for 28 years and one of the first things which attracted us to the house was the great position, as it was in a cul-de-sac location which meant we wouldn't have much passing traffic.

During our period of ownership, we have maintained our property to what we feel is a good standard. We added a ground floor extension to the back of the house some years ago which really increased our living space.
