We have lived happily in this quiet cul-de-sac for 25 years. Only one house has exchanged hands in the last 12 years. We have lovely, caring and sociable neighbours.

The rear of our house is south facing with excellent views.

The house is in an extremely quiet area. Short walk to City centre with regular bus service also available. Close to Fairfield Conservation area and within easy walking distance to the Lancaster Canal.
