The land extends in total to approximately 37.21 Acres (15.06 ha) and comprises a block of productive arable land with a small parcel of recently planted woodland.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME

From Wetherby proceed West towards Sicklinghall & Kirkby Overblow, pass through the village of Sicklinghall and continue for approximately ½ mile and the land is located on the right hand side of the road identified by a Lister Haigh For Sale Board.

The property is offered for sale by private treaty although the vendor reserves the right to conclude the sale by any other method.
