DESCRIPTION Rutland Water vineyards are set on the idyllic banks of Europe's largest inland piece of water, coving approx. 15 acres in total.
Many of the plots have been planted with vines in order to create small private vineyards of varying sizes. A network of private tracks provide all weather access to the individual plots over which full rights of way will be granted.

Access is from a public road which also services as a short stretch of the cycle track which circumnavigates the water.
The Rutland Water Nature Reserve abuts the land to the southern boundary.
