Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

This first floor one bedroom maisonette could be the perfect first time buy, with sensible monthly service charges, and a brand new lease to be issued on completion. You can therefore look to budget your monthly outgoings with confidence, safe in the knowledge that the long lease will also enhance your resale value when in the future you look to move on.

The lounge area is the owners favourite room, and it is easy to see why, at nearly 16 feet in length it’s a great size. With windows to the side and rear it catches the afternoon sun well into the evening.

The kitchen was refitted by the current owners some years ago now, but it has been well looked after and it still looks and feels very modern. You also have windows in both the kitchen and bathroom for natural light and ventilation, something that you don’t often get in more modern apartments.

Included within the property is your own allocated parking space, whilst there are also visitor parking spaces available for when you invite family and friends over to see you.

Situated in Broadbridge Heath which is just a couple of miles to the west of Horsham town centre. The property is well connected to the main road network for Guildford, Gatwick and the south coast, so that commute to work in the mornings should never be too difficult.

What the Owner says:

I first came to view the property on a nice warm sunny day, I remember stepping into the lounge area, and the very first thing to hit me was just how bright and sunny the room was. The next thing I realised was that the room was a great size, with plenty of space for my sofa and dining table, it was definitely the pick of the bunch from the apartments that I had seen. I also loved the fact that the property had its own front door, with no cold communal corridors to negotiate, it felt so much more homely. These are definitely the main reasons why I have enjoyed living here for so long.
