The house was lovely when we purchased it twenty-two years ago, continues Chris, but over the years weve both extended and renovated it to enhance it further. We increased the size of the kitchen to create an additional dining space, extended the first floor to increase the number of bedrooms and we also added a beautiful garden room. Its now a very spacious, easy flowing and comfortable family home.

Easton House benefits from around three acres of lovely grounds, which incorporate a large paddock with stables and separate vehicular access, and a very pretty formal garden. The garden was very mature when we moved here, so there was no need to do any landscaping, but weve beautifully maintained it over the years, says Chris. Its a lovely space and because its bordered by the paddock it has a very nice feeling of seclusion.

Location - Aston Flamville is a pretty conservation hamlet located close to extremely popular village of Burbage, Hinckley. The house is perfectly placed for the M69 which links both the M6 and the M1 and also the A5.
