Neighbouring villages include Boughton, Fincham, Crimplesham, West Dereham, Wretton and Stoke Ferry.
In the centre of the village is the pond - known locally as the pit. Nearby on the village green, the Village sign depicts 'Billy the Seal', one of Wereham's most famous residents from the 1920s. There is also a church and public house.

DIRECTIONS
Leave Downham Market via the A 1122 towards Swaffham. After approx one and a half miles take the turning on the right hand side signposted Crimplesham. Proceed through the village of Crimplesham to the T junction and turn right onto the A134, proceed along this road to the roundabout and continue straight over into the village of Wereham. Take the first turning on the right hand side into Flegg Green and the property will be found on the left.
