The Story

OPEN DAY ON SATURDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER - BY APPOINTMENT

Often described as one of the best places to live in the whole country, Shotesham is a highly desirable village and Green Hill is the perfect home from which to enjoy it.
Sitting out on the sunny terrace, gazing across the undulating countryside, the new owners of recently renovated Green Hill will be in a world of their own. The exceptional single-storey home has been transformed by family-run Norfolk company Spider Homes and Developments and is now ready to be enjoyed to the full, explains managing director Jacob Carver. “Shotesham is widely considered to be one of the best places to live in the country,” he says. “It is set in the beautiful South Norfolk countryside and is unusual for the county in that it is in a river valley, with undulating, hilly views. We were drawn to this particular house because it is so rare to find single-storey homes in this area and because the views were so incredibly beautiful.”

Setting The Scene

Green Hill sits in approximately one acre of land, in an elevated position, commanding the most beautiful, far-reaching views out
across the undulating countryside. The property is approached over a generous gravel driveway, were there is ample room to park; there is also space to erect a two bay cart lodge. To the side of the house there are sweeping lawns. To the rear there
are tiers of garden, which have been planted with a variety of shrubs and flowers.
